CMF, on behalf of local investors, obtained a D.A for the site and then arranged on-sale to a local development group.

 

The investors had first intended to develop the site and had appointed CMF as development manager for the development. Economic circumstances and a good offer for the site encouraged the investors to take an early profit rather than risk development.
