This project was undertaken in joint venture with Reed Property Services.

 

The project involved the gutting and complete renovation of 44 one bedroom apartments, 2 commercial suites and common areas. The apartment block was a tired 60’s creation which needed extensive work to bring it up to the standards expected in the new millennium.

 

CMF negotiated the purchased of the property, obtained the D.A., arranged project finance, supervised the contractor in the renovation of the building, and supervised the sell-down of apartments upon completion.

 

The construction was undertaken by Reed Constructions and was completed on time and within budget.
