CMF joined forces with Devlan Project Management in 2003.  We cater for all levels of project but specialise in higher dollar value projects.  

The level of expertise available to our clients comes from someone who has managed the construction of; multiple Olympic Stadia; the Museum of Contemporary Arts, Sydney; The Establishment Hotel; The Sydney Law Courts; etc.

Below is a selection of projects undertaken over the years that demonstrate the scope and scale of our services.

Chatswood Chase Chatswood, NSW.

 

Project cost $120m

 

CMF were appointed to assist in the Tender submission for successful tenderer Reed Constructions to achieve design solutions that met the brief of owner Colonial First State.

Glenrose Village,

Belrose, NSW.

 

Project Cost $100m

 

CMF were appointed as design manager for the design, development, construction and documentation to meet the needs of the community and client Stockland’s budget constraints

Gowing Bros Group, Various.

 

Project Cost $50m+

 

CMF undertook various Project Management, design coordination and building condition assignments at retail sites owned by the Gowing Bros. Group.

Bligh House,           Sydney, NSW.

 

Project Cost $14m+

 

CMF advised the State Government in establishing the client brief, establishing standards and ensuring the clients needs were accommodated. 

Nikko Hotel         Sydney, NSW.

 

Project Cost $100m+

 

CMF advised our client Howarth Asia Pacific on the coordination and documentation required for the sale of this $100m.

Sydney, NSW.

 

Project Cost $100m

 

CMF were appointed to the coordination and management of design and fitout of 10,500sqm of retail space over four floors and 70 specialty retail stores. 

Queens Sq. Law Courts,Sydney, NSW.

 

Project Cost $120m+

 

CMF provided; strategic direction; planning and; project management including selection and letting of trade contracts and implementation of the construction management contract. 

Marketplace Thornleigh, NSW.

 

Project Cost $15m+

 

CMF were appointed to the Project Management of the Woolworths Centre at Parkway Plaza which incorporated a complete refurbishment of the Centre.

Refurbish and Extend  St Mary’s, NSW.

 

Project Cost $6.5m+

 

CMF was engaged to provide Development Management and Project Management for the refurbishment of exiting premises plus a 6,000sqm extension for Jasco Holdings, St Mary’s facility. 

Establishment Hotel Sydney, NSW.

 

Project Cost $31m+

 

CMF was appointed for the; design development and; Superintendent of early works.
