The Kogarah Day Surgery is a specialist three theatre day surgery located adjacent to St George Private Hospital in Kogarah.

 

CMF was brought in to the proposed project to advise on an appropriate investment syndicate structure to purchase the property, structure the operating entity for the day surgery, and negotiate appropriate terms between the investing doctors and the day surgery operator, National Day Surgeries (NDS).

 

CMF arranged a syndicate of doctors to purchase the property and arranged an allied but separate syndicate of doctors to own the operating business in conjunction with NDS.

 

CMF also arranged property finance and advised on working capital and lease finance for the operating business.
