Bachelor of Property Administration, Auckland University.

 

Career Summary

Jon has nearly thirty years’ experience in the commercial property market working for three large corporate real estate organisations CBRE, Jones Lang LaSalle and ING (previously Armstrong Jones) before joining CMF in 2009.

 

During this time Jon has accumulated a wealth of property knowledge working on behalf of major corporates, property owning institutions, banks, official receivers, funds’ managers, government bodies, developers, retail chains, petroleum companies and private investors.

 

Jon’s experience ranges over all property sectors in both sales, leasing and management having sold or leased office, industrial and retail properties, marinas and petrol station sites. Jon has also been intricately involved in seven separate portfolio sales on behalf of various corporate clients.
