CMF arranged the necessary bank funding for the site purchase. The site lay adjacent to the renowned Mollymook Golf Course and 2 minutes from the very picturesque Mollymook beach.

 

CMF secured Development Approval for a 92 room residential villa resort. The villas offered superb residential and holiday letting opportunities for investors.

 

The joint venture on sold the site to local investors.
