Magenta Shores is one of the premier golf course/residential developments in NSW. Developed by Mirvac in the late 1990’s the balance of the unsold stock was sold in one line to a consortium in August 2011 consisting of 96 properties including; Beach Homes; Golf Houses; Golf Terraces; Villa’s plus; 225 master-planned but not DA approved subdivision lots.
CMF were appointed to devise and implement a marketing strategy to support the existing on-site project sales staff to sell the remaining 96 out of the 391 housing lot development. CMF was retained for a total of 15 months during which time a total of 72 individual housing lots were sold. During our appointment the owner had further developed the infrastructure and the scope of services available on-site such that they took over the responsibility for marketing.
