The site is zoned mixed use and the owners (Hansen Beslich) wished to pursue the development of a private hospital facility. The property is adjacent to the Bankstown Lidcombe public hospital and is ideally suited for development as a private hospital.

 

CMF was retained by the owners as development manager to assist in obtaining the DA, arrange finance, secure property tenants, supervise design and coordinate tenancy fitouts.

 

The Owners have decided not to pursue development of the site and have on sold the site which is to be developed as a nursing home.
