CMF Properties began its existence in 1992 primarily as Development Managers and Development facilitators.

During this time we have been involved in all manner of property developments as; Principal, J.V. partner, Development Manager, Project Manager, Financial advisory and as Sales and Marketing agent.

Having worked alongside them for many years Devlan Project Management formally joined with CMF in 2003 adding valuable experience, resource and knowledge to its already well-respected base.  
 
Identifying a gap in its offering to clients, CMF added a Real Estate arm in 2009.  Primarily involved in the sell down of its own projects, CMF Real Estate has grown into its own stand alone business not only working with CMF Properties projects but now boasts all manor of clients including; publicly listed entities, developers, financiers, banks, receivers, and we have even completed a number of projects for and on behalf of the NSW State Government.
